About

The living tea room was created by Jessica Healy based on her desire to bring the medicinal and spiritual experience of tea drinking into her integrative healing practice. Jessica is an avid researcher, explorer and advocate of alternative medicine. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Experiential Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute. The director of her master's program, Bernie Siegel MD, is a renowned expert in integrative medicine, author and oncology specialist. Bernie's website, berniesiegelmd.com, is dedicated to the many nuanced issues and integrative treatments of cancer. The co-director of Jessica's M.A. program, Steven Horowitz MD, is Chief of Cardiology at Stamford Hospital in Connecticut. Jessica is also a certified practitioner of Soul-Centered Healing.

Jessica's healing practice incorporates her academic knowledge and training in integrative medicine with her practitioner skills in the healing modalities of Soul-Centered Healing. Her intuition, compassionate presence and gifts as an energy healer provide a supportive and transformational healing environment for her clients. Jessica is continually amazed and blessed by how supportive Soul Centered Healing is to her clients, particularly when they are working with sensitive issues that are hard to heal. In her practice she has worked with patients suffering from cancer, emotional illness and addiction. The hands on healing techniques, guided imagery and meditations of Soul Centered Healing bring love, healing and acceptance at the deepest levels of mind, body and spirit.

Jessica also teaches workshops at the Cancer Community Center in Scarborough, ME.
